The Marvelous Moon

In the sky comes the moon,

After the afternoon it comes soon,
It shines very bright,

Only at night.

The moon reflects light from the sun,

And watching it is so much fun,

Sometimes the moon is round like a ball,

And sometimes it is very small!

Miss the school bus!

If you come late to the bus,

Don't make such a fuss,

Take a very fast car,

And hide somewhere very far.

Let your mom think you are at school,

And make her a big fool,

Miss the bus the next day too,

And have fun,Wohoo!

My Pet

My pet is a fish,

at night we give it a dish,

of fish food,

I give it when I am in a happy mood.

One day my fish jumped out of the tank,

and in high jump it got first rank,

I put it into the tank before it ran out of breath,

and saved it from sure death!

I play with my fishes everyday,

and wait to see them grow each day!

Colours

Here is the grass, clean and green,

Here is the fire, red as you have seen,

Crystal blue water, helps plants grow,

These are the colours, look as they go!

Brown is the colour of the trunk of a tree,

Yellow is the colour of the hive of a bee,

There are so many colours - blue, green and red,

Orange, brown and black, just as I have said.
